Where to start?

  • Sign up for LAGREE 45 to learn what transforming your body on a Mega is all about.

  • Experience a full-body, 30 minute workout on the VersaClimber. Improve both your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength as you have some fun sweating and climbing to the beat of music. This efficient climb will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. It's a quick, effective way to elevate your fitness.

  • MEGAROUNDS 50. Enough said. You want to sign up for MEGAROUNDS 50.

LAGREE 45

This is your 45-minute total-body workout on the MegaPro to light up your core and carve out your muscles. The high-intensity, low-impact Lagree method delivers on building strength, enhancing endurance, and challenging your mental resilience. The quick transitions will keep your heart rate elevated and muscles engaged. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.

CLIMB 30 level 1

A cardio class like nothing you’ve experienced before. The VersaClimber is a vertical climbing machine that provides a low-impact, high-intensity cardio and resistance training workout.  The 30 minute musically-driven, energy-packed class takes you in and out of working intervals. Expect to be challenged as you build your cardio endurance and stamina.

CLIMB 30 LEVEL 2

Get ready for 30 minutes of pure power! This Level 2 VersaClimber class is a rhythmically driven athletic conditioning workout that demands engagement from both your body and your mind. You'll build incredible endurance, boost your speed, and develop explosive power through dynamic combo moves. It’s a high-intensity, low-impact session designed to be both challenging and incredibly addictive. Prepare to sculpt, strengthen and sweat as you dance with the tower!

MEGAROUNDS 50

This dynamic 50-minute class perfectly blends strength training and cardio for a complete workout. You'll spend the first half of class on the Mega, where we'll focus on sculpting and strengthening your core, upper body, and obliques. We save the leg work for the climb! Following your Mega session, you'll transition to the VersaClimber for a Level 1 climb to the beat. This segment delivers a powerful, full-body cardio blast.

STRETCH 45

Prepare your body and mind for the week ahead with our 45-minute recovery session. This class is designed to prioritize mobility and the release of tension. Utilizing the Mega as a supportive base for enhanced stability and gentle assisted opening, the session focuses on restorative movements and reset the nervous system. This is the ultimate ritual for the high-performer—a dedicated window to decompress, lengthen, and transition into the new week feeling fluid, grounded, and fully recharged.
