Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. This allows for proper orientation and setup. For your safety and consideration of others, if you arrive after class start time, you will not be able to participate.

Arrive Early:
Free parking is available in the Pier 33 parking deck. Scan the QR code above your parking space, you are visiting 901 Nutt St, unit 101, enter in your vehicle information, switch for the default of 3 hours to 2 hours, submit! Parking is free for 2 hours. Any questions, the team at MEGAROUNDS can help.

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or if you are pregnant before class begins.

Lagree:

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Grippy socks are REQUIRED. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at the studio.

VersaClimbing:

Bring your running shoes or gym shoes. You'll also want some hydration! Bring a water bottle + electrolytes. Electrolytes & water are available for purchase in the studio.

Both Lagree and VersaClimbing are designed to give you a challenging workout that's kind to your joints. You'll experience a combination of strength training and cardio endurance, all in one session.

Lagree is a highly technical method with its own unique "language." Don't be intimidated! It typically takes about 4 classes to understand the flow and transitions between exercises, and around 3 months to truly grasp the method. Your first Lagree class is all about getting comfortable with the MegaPro and simply getting through the workout. Focus on learning the basics and don't worry about perfection.

VersaClimbing is less technical and incredibly effective. You'll quickly get the hang of the movement and feel the burn. Just focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself to your comfort level. It takes about 4 classes to start to build your cardio vascular endurance and being able to sync left and right side of the body.

This is the non-negotiable for stepping onto the MegaPro. You need them. Bring a pair to class or purchase a pair at the studio. Enjoy the fashion statement.
