Hey, I'm Melissa - you can call me Mel!
I teach the two most effective and efficient workout methods in Wilmington for driven individuals who have high expectations for themselves and their studio: VersaClimber and Lagree. After trying countless workouts that just didn't meet my standards for value and effectiveness, I decided to bring these two incredible, high-intensity, low-impact methods to our city.
They'll become your favorite cardio and strength training routines, giving you all the results without the risk of injury.
My goal is to provide a high-quality experience that feels like personal training in a small group setting. I'll have eyes on you the entire time, offering hands-on adjustments without being overbearing. I truly care about seeing your results. I can't wait to meet you in the studio.

Hey there! I'm Chloe, born and raised right here in Wilmington.
To be honest, I started my VersaClimber journey a little... reluctantly. As a certified cardio-hater, I never expected to fall in love with the Versa, but somewhere along the way, I did.
This workout has genuinely changed my mental and physical endurance in ways no other training ever has. What I love most about the Versa is the electric energy in the room—it feels like we're climbing as a team, pushing each other to be our strongest selves. I’m so excited to get on the tower with y’all and get you as pumped about the climb as I am!

Hey there! I’m Gi, a former Division I collegiate athlete and current NASM-CPT, with a lifelong passion for movement and group fitness.
I’ve tried just about every workout out there—from years of yoga and mat clases, to any strength training and HITT variation you can think of—but I’m especially passionate about Lagree for how intentional and challenging it is. Rooted in bodybuilding science and constantly evolving, Lagree pushes both your body and mind in a way that feels smart and sustainable.
What I love most about Lagree is how focused and connected it makes you feel—every movement has purpose, and the challenge never feels random. As an instructor in training, I’m so excited to keep growing, learning, and sharing this method with you. I can’t wait to be on the Mega with you and help you tap into your strongest self.
